The most finds a month's credits pay for if every credit goes to that one lookup. You are charged only when a field is found, so a miss uses no credits; the cost per find is the plan's price divided by that count.
Agency
Agency is $97 a month plus a pre-paid wallet. Every lookup draws its exact unit price from the wallet — the same rate at any volume, up to 5,000 leads served and 5,000 enrichments a day (the daily ceilings in our Terms) — and a miss draws nothing.

125 credits to start, good for 30 days from signup — no card. The Free plan is a 30-day evaluation: those credits, 150 new business listings (up to 50 in one Market Scan) and 1 sample Deep AI Dossier. There is no monthly credit refill (no monthly credits on Free) — at day 30 the account pauses until you choose a paid plan. Starter, Growth and Pro can receive bonus credits from our team after a demo call.
Plan credits renew every billing month and the month's unused ones don't carry over. Signup credits, and any bonus credits our team grants after a demo, last 30 days from when they're given, and credits you top up never expire. Credits are spent in that order — signup and bonus first, then the month's, then top-ups — so the ones closest to expiring go first.
Nothing is charged. Credits held for the lookup are released the moment we come up empty. A team member's contact is 2 credits, charged only when we find their verified email — and their direct line and LinkedIn come with it at no extra cost when their own site publishes them. A name written only as an initial is never offered.
